Cloud Shields is designed to enhance your Gmail experience by automatically moving unsolicited emails from your primary inbox to a dedicated folder. This helps in organizing your inbox and reducing clutter.

4. User Accounts and Data Collection

4.1. Account Information: To use the Extension, you may be required to provide your email address. This information is stored securely on our servers located in France.

4.2. Data Usage: We do not share your personal data with third parties. However, to improve the Extension’s functionality, data may be processed using Google’s LLM Gemini, which operates servers in the United States. By using the Extension, you consent to this processing.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1. Free Trial: New users are offered a 7-day free trial to evaluate the Extension.

5.2. Subscription: After the trial period, continued use of the Extension requires a paid subscription. Details of the subscription plans and pricing are available on our website.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1. Compliance: Users agree to use the Extension in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6.2. Restrictions: Users shall not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Extension.
  • Use the Extension for any unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Extension or its related systems.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Extension shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
